Brubecks Boutique Foods began as a lifestyle change for chef, Jamie Whitlock. Seizing the opportunity to develop a restaurant-quality range of foods, he began showcasing simple delicious, fresh food in retail outlets around Brisbane.
Jamie has more than 18 years of kitchen experience under his belt after working his way around many of Brisbane’s premier restaurants and award winning catering companies;- together with a wealth of knowledge gained from restaurant consultancy in London and Dublin. It was there he also pocketed a lovely Irish lass to bring home with him - his wife of 8 years, Jen Whitlock.
The restaurant and catering scene taught Jamie many invaluable lessons about producing simple gourmet meals that appeal to the masses. A passion for food and an uncompromising approach to quality has been the driving force behind this development.
The Brubecks Boutique Foods brand continues to grow as we expand in to new markets, boldly bringing our lifestyle food. The key strength of our brand is the handmade style of the product and our extensive product range, allowing retailers sell a product of quality.
Seven years on and four kitchens later, the concept is catching on like wild fire, our products now reach from Cairns to Byron Bay, and west of Toowoomba. The philosophy of simple, fresh food done well now has a name; Brubecks Boutique Foods.
