Brubecks Boutique Foods offers the perfect fundraising opportunity for your school, kindy or workplace. Our entire product range is designed to solve the family meal time puzzle. Less time in the kitchen means more time with the family.

The range offers something for everyone from vegetarian to gluten-free.

All of our products are made fresh and delivered fresh and can be frozen for convenience.

HOW TO GET STARTED

  1. Call Brubecks Boutique Foods to book delivery date and time. (Please note: Friday deliveries only, orders to be placed at least 2 weeks before desired delivery date)
  2. Ask us for your order forms. We will pre-print them on coloured paper for distribution with the delivery date, company name and payment due date. You can download it here.
  3. Send out order forms to your sponsors.
  4. Orders to be placed on Friday mornings (before 11.00am) for delivery in a fortnight’s time. Please either phone to office to place the order or place it on the website and phone to confirm.
  5. On delivery, our driver will place all products in the same order as the master form. He will check the products as per your master order. Please ensure one cheque payable to Brubecks Boutique Foods is available to hand to our driver on this day. Orders will not be left without receipt of cheque.
  6. Orders will be delivered in cardboard boxes. ENSURE ADEQUATE REFRIGERATION IS AVAILABLE AS ALL OUR PRODUCTS REQUIRE REFRIGERATION.  All products will be delivered at 2°C, it is the responsibility of the fundraising coordinator to refrigerate product immediately on receipt of product. Brubecks Boutique Foods accepts no responsibility for product not maintained at adequate temperature once delivery has been made.
  7. Transport costs will be charged for orders less then $600. Deliveries outside the Brisbane Metro area may incur an additional transport fee.
