We hand make everything we possible can on the premises. While you’re relaxing or entertaining we’re busy roasting our own hand cut pumpkin, marinating and slicing fresh chicken breast, char-grilling market fresh vegetables, and babysitting sweet basil risottos.  

This commitment to fresh, exceptional quality has seen us become a leader in handmade, fresh food.
It is a passion and for this reason our products are second to none.

Just like a restaurant, at Brubecks Boutique Foods, we only cook to order. It is not until an order is placed that we begin preparing the extensive menu selection, ready for dispatch every week. Thus, cutting out excessive handling and middle men, ensuring our fabulous products are as fresh as fresh can be.

Our fresh fabulous food requires one special ingredient every single time ‘Safe Handling’. Brubecks Boutique Foods has developed an extensive food safety program that ensures the quality and traceability required in this modern world. Around 3000 pieces of production data are collected every week to guarantee every single process and product has been ‘handled with care!’
