Some of our favourite ways to use the Brubecks Boutique Foods product range.
New Potato Salad
Toss steamed new potatoes with Brubecks blue roast pumpkin dip for a rich and warm winter salad or cool the spuds and use Brubecks Tzatziki for a healthy summer salad.
Char-Grilled Rib Eye Steak
Use a spoonful of Brubecks Basil & Parmesan Dip on barbequed steak as a sauce as it is served to the table.
Thai Spring Green Salad
Toss a tub of Brubecks Thai Curry Dip over steamed green beans, asparagus, snow peas and shallot batons for a Thai inspired side dish.
Kipfler Potato Salad
Boil washed kipfler potatoes in salted water until cooked. Cool and quarter. Pour one jar of Brubecks Lime Mayonnaise and toss in a bunch of chopped chives. Add sea salt, cracked pepper, mix well and serve!
Char-Grilled Vegetables
BBQ large sticks of vegetables (red capsicum, eggplant, zucchini, shallots, sweet potato, red onion) and arrange on a serving platter. Drizzle with Brubecks Aioli and season with cracked pepper.
Fish or Chicken Paupiette
Top a fillet of reef fish or chicken breast with a spoonful of any Brubecks Pesto and seal in lightly buttered foil. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes in a hot oven and serve in pouch to maximise flavour. A simple self saucing dish!
Thai Roast Lamb
Rub a boned and rolled lamb roast with a jar of Brubecks Coriander Pesto and allow to sit for 1-2 hours. Oven-roast as normal and allow to rest for 15 minuted before serving.
