Brubecks Boutique Foods began as a lifestyle change for chef, Jamie Whitlock, back in 2000. Seizing the opportunity to develop a restaurant-quality range of retail foods, he began showcasing simple, delicious and fresh food in retail outlets around Brisbane starting at Rock N Roll Fruit Market in Greenslopes. 

Jamie has more than 29 years of kitchen experience under his belt after working his way around many of Brisbane’s premier restaurants such as Rumpoles & Victoria’s and the award winning catering company Caxton St Catering. Jamie also gained a wealth of knowledge from his restaurant consultancy in London and Dublin. 

Some 18 years later and Brubecks has become a trusted gourmet food brand in South East Queensland and now New South Wales and it continues to be a market leader and influencer. A passion for food and an uncompromising approach to quality has been the driving force behind this development.

We are a fully HACCP accredited facility certified independently by Ausqual Pty Ltd.

Our full-time quality assurance manager manages thousands of documents & details every day to maintain our accreditation. Regular laboratory validation testing is conducted to certify that all the products we make surpass food safety standards.
