SPRING MENU as of 21st Sept 2020


This Spring we welcome some brand new CHOP CHOP Salads to our range.

We are all about taste and health with this range. Just like the QLD Mango Chicken Salad...I have been making this dish for many years just for my wife. It has finally made it onto the menu for you all to enjoy! Also we get into the POKE bowl craze three fantastic options that our Head Chef Adam Clements has created. 

Queensland Mango Chicken Salad

Brown rice & rocket leaf salad with poached chicken breast and all topped with zesty QLD mango & red onion salsa.


Vegan Poke Bowl with Pickled Ginger           

Gingered rice stacked with fresh vegetables, edamame, pickled ginger, and radishes.


Peanut Chicken Poke Bowl with Satay          

Steamed rice salad with fresh vegetables and rich peanut satay topped chicken breast.


Chicken Shawarma Poke Bowl with Hummus

Turmeric rice salad topped with market fresh vegetables, tzatziki and our own lemon zest hummus.



We have reworked the Meal range as well with a bundle of new some to be favouties. Adam has created some delicious menu items that has a little somethign for everyone. From super healthy to gourmet glamour!

Hawker style BBQ chicken with wok fried vegetables, rice noodles & a tangy hoi-sin sauce.


Spring Chicken with Zucchini noodles.

Lemon & fresh herb poached chicken with zucchini spaghetti & brown rice pilaf.


Eggplant & Lentil Moussaka with Pumpkin.

Baked eggplant, tomato & lentils layered with slices of roast pumpkin & vegan bechamel.


Portuguese Chorizo & Chicken Paella.

Spiced pork sausage & chicken breast simmered with rice & spices.


 Pesto Spaghetti with Crispy Bacon.

Our own fresh basil pesto sauce, crispy bacon & pine nuts with al dente spaghetti.


Roast Lamb Tagine with Cous Cous.

Slow roast lamb shoulder Moroccan tagine curry & fragrant spiced cous cous.


Pumpkin Ravioli with Rocket.

QLD Blue pumpkin filled pasta in a rich tomato & red pepper sauce with fresh rocket.


Massaman Beef & Potato Curry with Rice.

Tender QLD beef simmered in a rich coconut curry with tamarind, lime & mild spices.


Sweet Potato & Garlic Bake

Lockyer Valley sweet potatoes in a hearty garlic cream sauce with cheddar cheese.
